STUD
EWES FOR SALE
BOTH WHITE SUFFOLK AND WHITE DORPER COMPOSITE
Around
60 White Suffolk and 40 White Dorper composite ewes
We
have ewes available that are surplus to our requirements and, after
classing through both our stud flocks, have ewes for sale that we would
normally retain. The very high lambing percentages that we have been
achieving over the past few years has meant we have a much greater proportion
of younger ewes to select from resulting in some outstanding older ewes
being surplus to our needs.
TheWhite
Suffolk ewes ( 2-5 Yr old) are in excellent condition,
almost all Fat Score 4/5, are sound and all have had lambs in previous
years. This is an opportunity to attain some quality perfromance tested
White Suffolk ewes from our stud.
They
can be purchased as commercials ($200 + GST) or stud
with pedigree details ($300 + GST).

PENDARRA
108202 HRF11296
Pedigree
& ASBV"s
**
SOLD
This
sire is just one of many outstanding progeny from Pendarra
086802 "Majestic" and has been used a ram lamb. The
2 outstanding Sonning 331 sons that we used heavily feature in
the pedigree of this bloke; Pendarra 3753 and Pendarra 3708, and
we are confident that he will have produced some outstanding lambs
in the 2011 drop. As we are intending to retain "Majestic" for
future use in our stud, we will keep this bloke as insurance against
any unforeseen occurrences. A very solid ram with great carcase
and conformation.
A
very similar sire to Pendarra 108202 Pendarra
108181 is also available for sale

Pendarra
096981 HRF10806
Pedigree
and ASBV's
A
very interesting mix of genetics in this sire, purpose bred to
produce just such a sire. Looking very similar to his sire, Pendarra
075630, this ram was part of the Show team we took to Canberra
Royal and attracted plenty of attention. He has been DNA tested
and was heavily used as a ram lamb with some very handy lambs
on the ground. Exceptional length, especially through the loin,
and a great topline, he has plenty of muscle in the hindquarter
and a great suffolk type. One of the first young sires we decided
to retain in stud however he is for sale under specific sale conditions. |

Possibly
the pick of the progeny we obtained from the ewes purchased at
2009 Detpa Grove mated ewe sale, this son of DG 080323 is from
a GP 023756 daughter. Has lambs on the ground and has been DNA
tested by Sheep CRC. He Was also used for the Series 15 SuperWhite
team. Great carcase depth and balance make this sire exceptional.
A very alert sire with great loin length and width. |

Pendarra
118934
HRP
**
SOLD
Sired
by Pendarra 097489 (above), this young ram lamb
is the heaviest of our early 2011 drop lambs and has great bone
and length. A later maturing type but with plenty of muscle at
his current age. The dam side of the pedigree features Pendarra
053513, a very thick sire we used to put very early muscling and
growth into a line of ewes we retained and are producing some
interesting progeny. Perhaps the pick of the 7489 progeny for
our program, we may use this sire in our 2012 program. |

Pendarra

SOLD
Another
Pendarra 097489 son from our best old ewe still
in the stud, a 2004 drop ewe with a mix of Sonning 020324 and
some White Dorper influence. A very deep and solid young ram,
this lamb has plenty of muscle, style and a smooth correct carcase.
Will develop into an outstanding young sire.

Pendarra
118919
HRP
**
SOLD
Sired
by "Majestic" Pendarra 086802,
this
young lamb has plenty to admire, good safe carcase, super correct
(as are all the Majestic progeny) very clean and a great suffolk
type. A good example of the type of progeny 6802 is producing
and with a pedigree that includes Pendarra 032264 over one of
our top ewes (043043), will be a safe sire to use.

Pendarra
118913
HRP
**
SOLD
Very
similar breeding to 118934 being sired by 097489 out of a 053513
daughter. The influence of 3513 is more evident in this young
lamb with ample early muscling and great carcase depth. A very
solid, well muscled sire he currently weighs over 70 Kgs, is well
covered and very smooth through the shouders for a ram with this
amount of muscle.

Pendarra

over 1000 progeny on the ground. He will continue to provide solid progeny
