An eye catching son of Pendarra 3708/05 that displays all the attributes of a top stud sire, if not sold we will more than likely use this fellow for the 2010 joining. Good bone and strength, very correct and a sire with plenty of positives. Pendarra 3708 proved to be an outstanding sire for us and this young sire is an identical type to him in almost every aspect. Out of a 3050 daughter, the pedigree is as solid as you would want for breeding sires relevant to today's prime lamb market.

A very solid son by Pendarra 5492/08 displaying great bone and sire strength. An early pick from our 2008 drop lambs, we have decided to let this fellow go once we analysed the progeny coming through from the 2009 drop lambs and also as we made the decision to retain 5492. This bloke has always displayed great carcase attributes and was the heaviest of our ram lambs at weaning, resulting in a very high Carcase + index.

Another Woolumbool "Crickey" son that is visually the pick of the "Crickey" progeny. Great thickness and hindquarter muscling is the outstanding quality of this young sire and, as we only require one young sire from this breeding line, this one has been selected to potentially go to greener pastures.

There were plenty of good Pendarra 5676/07 lambs in the 2008 drop lambs and this fellow was just one that caught the eye. Very clean and smooth with a great shoulder setting, he is a very safe sire from a breeding line that has been well used at Pendarra. A very alert and active sire with impressive carcase traits.

5299/08 is the ram at the front as was part of the very successful pair of rams we showed this year. Probably the highest muscled ram in our show team and with the highest scanned muscle of all WS rams at Dubbo 2009, this fellow is as solid as they come. Correct with great carcase and wool with a pedigree that oozes carcase qualities, he will certainly add bulk to the carcase in any breeding program.

This young sire catches the eye simply because of his smooth faultless shape and carcase. A son of the outstanding Pendarra 5630/07, we would normally be retaining this bloke except that we have some very handy 2009 drop lambs coming through sired by 5630  and still have the "King of Karcase" here at Pendarra. A very clean, well muscled young ram, this smart sire has a great balance of Lambpan figures that are perfectly suited to production of lambs for the commercial trade lamb market; low birthweight, muscle, growth and not too much fat. An impressive young sire!

A sightly different 5630 sire that is very soft and finer in the bone but still carrying the muscling. A very smooth carcase shape with the same great balance of performance figures that all 5630 progeny have. A very clean soft sheep out of a breeding line on the ewe side of the pedigree that has always worked well for us.

The last 3 rams could all pass as identical triplets however this bloke would "rule the roost". Our pick of the 5630 sons and if we were to retain one son, this fellow would probably get the job just on carcase strength alone.
