We will be keeping an eye on this young ram that has performed exceptionally well under paddock conditions. He has tremendous length, bone and muscle along with great style and type and is very correct. He is sired by Leahcim LAM 006/01

The ongoing drought made it difficult for us to prepare sheep for the early shows. Despite not taking sheep to Sydney Royal, we had indirect success with 2 sons of Pendarra 1046/00 winning the pair of rams class with one of these awarded Reserve Champion Ram Sydney Royal 2003. This ram was bred and exibited by Brian and Rhonda Fischer, "Ashmore" stud. As a selection for the National Flock Improvement Program, Pendarra 1046/00 was used successfully used in a number of studs and many of his progeny were either retained in stud or headed the list of rams available for sale on property.

DUBBO 2003

Managed to put together a team for Dubbo despite the drought.  Had a successful show and included  in this team was Pendarra 2148/02 who won the young ram class and Pendarra 1902/02 who was placed 4th in a large shorn class. Both rams will be retained in stud.

Penrise 1/00 has sired plenty of lambs over the past 12 months and has produced some outstanding progeny. The best of these have achieved success with Champion Ewe 2003 National White Suffolk Field Day ("Kurraview"), Champion Ewe and Supreme White Suffolk 2003 Dubbo Show ("Gaerloch") and winner group 1 Ram & 2 Ewes at Dubbo 2003 ("Wanden"). Ewe from Dubbo went on to win her class at Adelaide Royal 2003.
